Scholarship Eligibility and Selection Criteria: To be considered for the University of Kent International Scholarships for Masters Students, applicants are to meet the following criteria:
  • Applicants must make application for a taught degree course at the University of Kent (any location of study is permissible), starting in September.
  • Applicants must be assessed as an international student and have received an unconditional offer of admission to study a taught master’s degree course, or a conditional offer with the deposit as the only remaining condition.
  • The University of Kent must have received confirmation of the acceptance of the unconditional offer by the applicants.
  • Applicants must possess relevant qualifications from recognized university of equivalent educational institution that will enable him/her be admitted into a master’s programme of the University of Kent.
  • Applicants must be willing to abide by the terms and conditions which will be provided to successful applicants at the point of award.

    Applications for the International Scholarship must be made online by visiting the official application webpage. Applicants will also be required as part of the application submission process to upload an essay to be submitted in a word or PDF document format. The essay should be written on a topic the applicant is passionate about and which is relevant to the applicant’s selected degree programme not more than 750 words.
